    Currently, we offer Amazon and Ikea shopping as a standard offering. However, we can extend our services upon customer request via email. 

  • Can I pay cash in Asia?

    We prefer payment soon after you have submitted your online order. However, we might consider special circumstances with extra 15% charge payment before delivery. 

  • What if my delivery is late ?

    Because we're experienced and know what we're doing. We provide best service in given timeframe. However, we issue refund on customer request if shopping is not delivered in specified timeline. 

  • Do I have to pay extra charges on delivery?

    No, we offer full service to your door without any extra charges. The invoice payment is the only charge paid by you. 

  • Can I Refund or Exchange shopping ?

    Amazon and Ikea product reputation is best of the world. Unfortunately, we do not support refund or exchange items due to complexity and distances involved. Therefore, we strongly recommend vigilent shopping. 

  • Can I cancel Membership ?

    We prefer loyal customers of this service. However, you can always cancel the membership plan with 30 days notice.

  • Do we offer discounts ?

    Yes, we offer discount on service charge for purchase exceeding £500 i.e PKR 185,000
